The Fun Continues in Texas

Rob and the girls (Karen, Jen & Kate) have been hard at work finishing up the sun room and have also started replacing the fence around the house. Check out these photos, looks like they are having a great time…I wish I was there too!!

More Work in Texas

Rob is staying an extra week in Texas to finish up some more projects for his Mom.
I know he's excited to be spending some quality time with his Mom and Sisters, and I'm happy he has this opportunity, even though I miss him.
And then he’ll be taking a road trip home with his Sister Kate and stopping by to see the kids on the way. I know the kids will be super excited to see Rob and their Aunt Kate!!!
Hopefully they’ll be back home in Sunny South Florida by Sunday.

Little Jobs in Big Texas!!!

Rob is doing a little remodeling with the help of his Sisters Jenny & Kate, for his Mom in Texas, and by the looks of the new colors and furniture, I think Karen is yearning for the Ocean!!!
I love the colors and the furniture and the Window Seat looks awesome!!!!
By the end of the week, there should be a built in Window Seat, new wainscoting and built in Shelves....Good Job!! Can't wait to see the finished product.

I am very sad today, because Rob went to Visit his Mom in Texas today. I'm happy he gets to spend some time with his Mom and his Sisters, but it's going to be a long week for me. But I know he is very excited to see his Mom and Sisters, so that makes me happy too!!

VERY LUCKY GIRL!!!

I am very lucky and blessed to be married to such a wonderful man, sometimes I can't believe he's real. Rob & I said we weren’t going to spend much on Valentines Day because we have so much else going on right now, so I got him a card and nice outfit to wear out this weekend (black jeans and a dress shirt). I thought I went overboard. Well Rob went way overboard. He got me a dozen gorgeous roses, three cards, candy, a coloring book & crayons (in case you didn’t know I love to color and it helps me unwind) and the most beautiful ruby and diamond heart shaped earrings, which are perfect for me because I love heart shaped anything. Oh yeah I almost forgot so I didn’t have to cook he ordered Chinese for us!! Here are a few pictures of my goodies.
