Lemon Bundt Cake Recipe

I made this yummy Lemon Bundt cake for a Co-worker
who doesn't like chocolate and it came out really tasty!!

CAKE:
18 ½ Ounces Lemon Cake Mix
3 ounces (4-serving box) lemon instant pudding mix
½ Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Water
4 Eggs

GLAZE:
1 Cup powdered Sugar
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350
Mix all Cake ingredients thoroughly and pour into a well-greased and floured bundt pan (I never use the flour and it come out perfectly)
Bake 45-50 minutes.
While cake is baking mix together the glaze ingredients
When the cake is done, remove from oven and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes.
At this point while still in pan – I poke a few holes in cake and pour the glaze all around making sure it goes in the holes. Let set for a few minutes, then turn cake onto plate.
After cake cools a bit pour remaining glaze over top (make more glaze if you need more)
I made 3 batches of the glaze.
ENJOY!!
