Today is the Wedding of our friends Mike & Robin!!!
We are so excited for them and can't wait to see them take their vows.

A little history on Mike & Robin: Mike is basically part of my family, as we grew up together and I can't remember when The Moschette's were not part of my life.
Mike's Sister Lisa is my oldest friend and one of my best friends and will always be like a Sister to me!! Mike's brother Frank is married to my cousin Jen, who is also like a sister to me and Frank is like a brother to me. So you see how we are all one big happy family.
Now I am happy that Robin is joining our clan!!! It's been a long road for Mike & Robin but I think they will both agree, it's been worth the journey.

Congratulations Mike & Robin - We Love you guys and wish you lots of Joy, Love and Happiness for the rest of your lives and oh yeah, LOTS OF BABIES too!!

Happy Valentines Day!!

We hope everyone has a Very Happy Valentines Day!!! So far mine started out GREAT, see the gorgeous Flowers I got and candy too!! I'm a lucky girl to have such a SWEET HEART for a husband!!!

For Christmas I gave Rob tickets (from the kids) to go see a concert on Valentines Day Night, and I am not going because it's not my kind of music by any stretch of the imagination. I sat through a Slipknot concert with him once, and that about covers me for life!!! He still owes me for that one. I think I'll have to drag him to a Taylor Swift Concert for payback.....hee hee

But I know he loves it, so I am excited for him to go, I just hope he can get one of his Rocker friends to go with him on Valentines Day Night, but I think he has it covered, as he has some single guys that have nothing to do tonight, so he'll have a plus one for the concert..LOL and I'll be going to see a Chick Flick with my cousin Tiffany and my Aunt Dot!! The concert he's going to is Disturbed, for all you rockers out there.

However you spend your Valentines Day, I hope you do something you love!!!

I'm going to make this for my Husband for Valentine's Day....although he won't be getting it until Sunday because, we have tickets to a concert Saturday night.

It's called Penne al a Betsy and it's from the website: www.thepioneerwoman.com
The recipe calls for Shrimp but I' going to substitute the shrimp for Crab meat!! How does that sound? Check back after Sunday to see how it turned out!!! It'll be my first time making this.

Updates on Maria Elena

We received a nice surprise in my email this weekend. New pictures of our sponsor child in Guatemala. My friend Kelly (and Mother of her very own Guatemalan princess) sponsor the beautiful Miss Maria Elena so she can go to school and get an education and one day be able to escape the poverty she lives in.
The prices went up considerably this year but how can you turn your back on this sweet girl. Below she is shown with her new supplies. Notice the Hanna Montana backpack, too sweet!!! And she is showing us her report card from last year, and look at how proud she is. It just warms my heart to know we helped put that beautiful smile on her face.

There goes the price of Orange Juice.....

It's freezing in South Florida. What the heck is going on? It was 37 degrees this morning in the Ft. Lauderale Area.

The Orange groves are frozen. Us Floridians are just not prepared for this weather.

I know you snowbirds are laughing but we live in the South to stay warm, we're wimps, have some sympathy for us!!!
