I've lived along the C-14 Canal for 14 years now and never once have I seen a gator. Well that all changed this weekend. We saw a gator strolling up the canal just minding his own business. He was about 6 to 8 foot, a medium size gator for Florida.I've seen gators in the smaller ponds around our development before but not the main canal. I always see people Jet Ski in there and kids are always jumping off the bridge into the canal.....they better watch out.
